Don't you have a new 137, courtesy of the Parsons Street Boyz?
big bob Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 Prospect, natural back and sides, vsb top, fat neck, bigsby, 357 style six on a side headstock.
FredZepp Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 Chambered , lightweight Heritage doubleneck. Parallelogram inlays.. a burst of some sort...
Genericmusic Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 Acoustic Super Eagle (18 inches), natural mahogany top, sides, back and neck with black binding, Eboany fingerboard with MOP dot neck, black tuners (Grover) and black finger style tail piece, Florentine headstock with MOP Eagle inlay and of course a real tortouse shell finger rest.
hotfordcoupe Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 For me, I'd say a Super Eagle with a Venetian cutaway, perfectly tap tuned top and tap tuned highly quilted maple back. Add to that a new old stock gold DeArmond 1100 Rhythm Chief floating pickup attached with a neck rod. As far as the finish is concerned, I'd want an almond sunburst finish and a bound ebony pickguard with the DeArmond control box (with volume and tone controls) attached to the guard. This is easily doable.
guitarplayntaylor Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 I'd love to someday have heritage build vintage fifties spec byrdland so I can do my best hank garland impersonation!
guitarplayntaylor Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 However I've actually been fantasizing about a custom gold top lately from wolfe guitars. Slightly aged goldtop finish, gold top hat tone volume knobs, bound headstock with inlayed "the heritage", dark stained back, SD antiquities mini humbucker in the neck fullsize humbucker in the bridge... My current fantasy:D
eljay Posted September 14, 2012 Author Posted September 14, 2012 Don't you have a new 137, courtesy of the Parsons Street Boyz? dude! fan-ta-sy.

davesultra Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 H-157 Ebony finish, gold hardware P-90s' (w- b/w/b/w/b pg). Old school "Staple Slug" P-90 in the neck. Reg. P-90 Bridge. I know it's not too far off of the production model. But, that's the one I want.

pressure Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 As I've said many times before: A neck through SG (just like a 357) from Marv. There are too many details to list but I have listed them before.
big bob Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 I would love a neck through mahogany explorer
Steiner Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 Tuners, 6 strings and pickups. So long as it says The Heritage, it'll fulfill the fantasy.
unikh550 Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 Solid mahogany back (stained dark brown), laminate curly maple sides ( amber, sort of like the Taylor 600 series), solid spruce top (rose natural), Super Eagle size, Henry Johnson cutaway, but on both top bouts, 2 1/4" thick sides, Lollar Charlie Christian pickup, gold finger tailpiece, the heaviest, most sturdy gold plated tuners that Heritage offers, no fingerboard inlay, curly maple headplate(same color as the sides), 5-piece curly maple neck(same color as the sides), no pickguard, Am content with my '98 H-550 with the Gibson CC, which Pete Moreno just finished. Will pick it up in a couple of weeks. Too worried about having it shipped. Meeting him up there at his home on a Sunday, probably the 30th. However, a fantasy guitar would be nice. Wonder what one with the specs that I chose would cost...if they'd even do it? Probably 10 grand or more.- Charley
