H Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 What amazes me is that I have not come across these before!! Some people are sniffy about the 150/157 line being 'copies'. Some don't like the headstock shape. In 1984, there was a fork in the road: Gibson went one way, The Heritage continued on the line trodden for a long time before. Same guitars, same people - just the business ethos changed. There are minor differences but these are essentially the guitars Gibson used to make. The people that sniff over 'copies' and the headstock: their loss.

It holds the tuner's perfectly! LOL!
Hfan Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 Actually I really like the headstock! It holds the tuner's perfectly! LOL! Welcome to the club bucketbot. Your 150 is very nice, that is one of my favorite finishes. Enjoy it. The headstock is based on the old Gibson ("The Gibson") snakehead headstocks. Now it goes with "The Heritage". PS: cool avatar
