MartyGrass Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 Alright, maybe I'm biased here. He straps on his Heritage at about 2:50 in the video. I admire how he sounds this great with only a drummer joining him. If he could get by with a recorded drum track, he'd be a one man show. Perfect! No whining, missed rehearsals, bitching, etc. Plus he keeps more money.
kidsmoke Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 impressive. Great sounding millie, through an AC30?
skydog52 Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 Looks like he modified the upper f hole. Or am I seeing things? Great playing.

Guest HRB853370 Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 reminds me of Pat Metheny alot. Whats going on the background, a guitar rhythym track?
bebove64 Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 Great, great player indeed! I've been listening to his music for years and what a gorgeous Millie!!!
Keith7940236 Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 The rest of that album is pretty good too!
bolero Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 wow that was neat he's playing thru an octave pedal to get the bass line until 3:30 or so looks like the top F hole sheared off from an impact ( something dropped on the case? ) ? although he has some circular device attached to the top ( side bout ) almost directly above the neck pup
bolero Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 ps that drummer is awesome...would like to hear him play on "3rd stone from the sun"
HANGAR18 Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 Whats going on the background, a guitar rhythym track? He recorded the background thing into a looper and then stepped on the looper pedal to go from record mode to the playback loop, and then went on to play the next part over the looping part.
