Anyone: Returned from Pete's with my H-550. A friend took three pics on his cellphone while we were at work, and sent it to my email. Since Heritage gave me like a 20 character password, which I can't seem to change to something easy to remember, he could not send them to this site. My computer allows me to go directly to this site w/o putting in a user i.d. or password. Q: How do I send these pics from my email to H.O.C.? Yes, I'm pretty much 1980's with computers. - Charley Bevell

====================================

Alternatively you need the url to where the image is posted online

137-01.jpg

The url for the above image is

http://i254.photobuc...0137/137-01.jpg

To allow the forum software to display the image without clicking on the link the code above is wrapped with either side of http://i254.photobuc...0137/137-01.jpg

Usually the code is obtained by right clicking on the image.

Unikh550,

If your password is something the system generated, you can always change it. You WILL need your old password, but if you go into your profile, click on EDIT MY PROFILE, you should see the second tab down as EMAIL AND PASSWORD.

Put in your old password, enter your new one twice, and hit Save at the bottom. You should be good to go.

You can also add an image on your pc to a post as an attachment.

Simplest way is to ....

save the image to your desktop

reply to this thread

click on "more reply options"

click on "choose files", below "attach files"

point to where the image(s) are and follow the directions.

The maximum upload per post is 1.5mb so you may have to do this for each image.
