Actually that's where she's been. I played it through the Vox AC-15 last night. What nice feedback. It took a while to get it under control but it was really nice.

So how much difference is there between this custom 535 and a 555?

 

Ebony board, bound headstock, upgraded wood, headstock inlays, different fretboard inlays, and probably more...

Bird's has an ebony board and block inlays....

It just a number to me, but what distinguish it from being call a 555? Multi-ply binding on the body and headstock?
