Heritage girl, that is. Be specific about year, model and finish. I bet Brent can't remember that far back.

For me, its my 2000 H150 in ACSB. And I still have her and am still very much in love with her.

I had a "puppy Love" thing with a natural blonde 535 a few years ago. I didn't get much past 2nd base as I had to let her go due to financial hardship. I have my 150GT now and so I guess she is my high school sweetheart. Incidentally, my wife was also my real high school sweetheart! :)

A gorgeous 555 that was one of the most beautiful Heritage's I had ever seen, BUT.... it was the only Heritage I didn't like the sound of. The Maple neck/Ebony Fretboard was too snappy. I wanted Larry Carlton/Lee Ritenoir/Eric Clapton 335 tone and I was getting BB King 345/355 tone. So I sold her.

Gorgeous guitar though....

So this Cust 555 (Mahogany Neck/Rosewood Fretboard) replace her and I could not be happier with my decision!!!

Mine was an H-516 in OSB. There are pics of it in my gallery.

Although I love the look of the Heritage jazz boxes, I'm not that comfortable playing them and so I sold it a few years ago.

My "first" was a used H150 in Antique Sunburst. Sounded awesome, but it had too many finish flaws for me, so I let it go.

first and only is my 535. she's had a face lift, I think she was worried I may stray, But I'm in love, and the "open relationship" status works well for me.

LOL-sounds like what I have (but not with my guitar).

This is the 'money shot' of my first Heritage girl.

It was the photo the seller of this fine Sweet 16 had up on the Ebay auction that convinced me that I had to have her!!!!!!

She's still my girl.

The question almost doesnt make sense to me! Of course I do. If it was a piece of crap or something I didnt like I wouldnt have bought it!!

My first was a semi-hollow Prospect. I special ordered it in 1999, sold it a few years later. It didn't sound much different from my H-140 10th Anniversary model, and the H-140 sounded better to me.

If I had it to do over I'd get an H-535 or H-555.

My 2006 H-150 that I bought used. I was just playing it last night and...wow...what a guitar!

I bought it new in 1989 in Rome, Italy albeit it is 1988

Still love her like day one. I wish I were a player deserving her

My first Lady was a H-555 I ordered from Elderly in 2002. Took about 8 months to build.

Wish I kept that one!

I've only had my first Heritage for a couple of months. It's a 2012, 535, Amber color. Its next owner will be announced at the reading of my will.

My first Heritage was a 1992 H-150 and I've kept it as it feels and sounds ... just right. A thinner neck than my other LP type guitars and I like it.

Pickups are a Burstbucker 1 ( underwound ) and a Seth Lover at the bridge.

If I ever have to sell my Heritages, this would likely be the last one to go.

I was late to the party, not even aware of Heritage unitl '01 or so. Below, purchased this 2002 535 in sunsetburst brand spanking new from Wolfe (so unplayed/unseen). Took a while to bond with it. Swapped the schaller pickups for seth lover and that 'fixed' it. Now sounds good, plays good, looks good. Was my main go-to gigging guitar while in a blues band for 5 years. Still gets out, but not as much in current band situation. Oh, yes, still have it.

My first came along as I was in that "let's try to grok Jimi's strat" mode. I really wanted a neckthrough equivalent, but could settle for a set-neck. Came to me by way of a little ole nurse down in Tejas. She's a keeper and you know the worse one is absolutely fantastic. 1988 Stat Deluxe with SD APH-1B and Antiquity Texas Hots.

My first girl was this 93 GE purchased from Jay at the Tampa Guitar Show (remember those?) in the summer of 93. In a fit of insanity I sold it, and it is now owned by Gitfiddler, though maybe by me again one day...More pix in my gallery. BTW, these pix were taken on the balcony of my then-home in Mississippi. Sadly, Katrina reclamed this property and it is no more...
