JohnCovach Posted November 19, 2012 Posted November 19, 2012 Anybody ever switch out the truss rod nut on their Heritage? I've been researching this and it seems like an easy job and the nuts themselves are readily available and cheap. It seems like all you do is screw the old one off and pop the new one on. I have one that is starting to get a little rounded and it's better to change these things when you can still turn them.
MartyGrass Posted November 19, 2012 Posted November 19, 2012 Seen it done but never did it myself. It looked easy. Don't forget to be generous with the lube.
