brentrocks Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 I'm waiting for it to come up to temp before i put in the tubes and fire it up
Guest HRB853370 Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Where in the world do these come from?
brentrocks Posted November 28, 2012 Author Posted November 28, 2012 Just fired it up for the first time. WOW!!! Reminds me of the Colonial a lot, in regards to the clean tone....very punchy and clear! The reverb is very pronounced, but not over the top. It takes a lot to break it up (about 12 o clock) but when it does, its a great blues/rock tone. I plugged my pedalboard into it just to hear how it takes pedals....the Xotic BB and AC sound great through it as well as the OCD. I only briefly played the H 170 through it tonight....i cant wait to hear the 525 thought it tomorrow!
Keith7940236 Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Congratulations, that is a fine looking amp!

schundog Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Nice one, Brent! I'd love to have a Heritage amp. Enjoy it, and let's hear some clips of that 525 through her!

DetroitBlues Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 Great stuff Brent. Did you sell an amp?
brentrocks Posted November 29, 2012 Author Posted November 29, 2012 Great stuff Brent. Did you sell an amp? thanks josh! i didnt sell an amp but i sold a couple guitars
rjsanders Posted December 1, 2012 Posted December 1, 2012 one thing that surprised me about this amp design was the size of its sound. notice the cab is about 1/2"-1" deeper than usual and that adds up in cubic footage
RhoadsScholar Posted December 1, 2012 Posted December 1, 2012 Very Cool lookin amp. Appears to be in great shape (how could the previous owner not play this thing). Nice score
