Tech 21 Trademark: where, oh where...

Anyone know where in northern GA I can try one? These have intrigued me for years but no one seems to stock them despite the solid user and industry reviews.

If the merger between Tech 21 and Line 6 goes through, perhaps the company would be re-named Techline 216?

Yeah mean the little luncbox thing? I haven't yet. It is on the list of stuff to try though!

Don't know where you can try one. I had one and can attest that they are great amps. Should've never sold mine!

UGH.. lets hope that if a merger happens it makes Line 6's stuff better, and doesn't make tech 21's stuff worse. I have a sansamp bass driver programmable, and the thing is awesome. I really need to pick up a trademark 60. I know that BCR Greg over at the hamer forum has used one as his gigging amp for years. great sound and bulletproof construction. just goes to show that you can still sound awesome without tubes.

That might be one of those longshot deals. In what little contact I have had with Tech21, they seem staunchly proud of what they have and that it is all made in the U.S. I can't imagine the position they would have to be in to, one, be bought out and, two, sell to a place that guarantees that their stuff would be sent overseas. Of course, things get desperate enough....

Hmmm. It seems to be damn near impossible to find a demo of these monsters that actually sounds good, or really puts the amp through its paces, for either the 30 or the 60.
