602a Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 Well got in from a weeks hunting trip and she was sitting there still boxed from 4 days ago. Unboxed her and tried her out with the 11's she came with and man she sounds great for sure. She has a fairly chunky neck on her which feels great. Seth's sound fine in her. The color will have to grow on me but other than that another 2011 Heritage masterpiece.
schundog Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 Whoa! Very nice. Welcome to the Semi-Hollow side of Heritage, Frank! I thought you were more of a 150 guy, but trust me, you'll love that 535. It's pretty hard to beat Seth Lover pickups, IMHO. Congratulations!
Singerman Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 Nice! I love that Amber color, and I know those Seth Lovers sound great. Congrats.
602a Posted December 3, 2012 Author Posted December 3, 2012 Yea always played 140's and 150's but been kinda wanting something to play with a different range of tones. Thanks she's fine for sure.
GASguy Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 Beautiful, Beautiful, Beautiful!!! And I really like Seths and 11s on a 535 myself. In my humble opnion you are good to go with that flame top beauty just as she is;ymmv.
MartyGrass Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 Very pretty guitar. And nice tree. Just so you know, it's not really Christmas without snow. Nothing quite as stunning as a heavy snowfall in the bayou.
noonesperfect Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 That color looks fantastic - It won't take long before it's your favorite.
Guest HRB853370 Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 Nice grab, nice flamey top. Did you kill any gators on your hunting trip?
