thetumblerspdx Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 Did it. Super lucky to have found one here in Portland from someone who was looking for an LSL telecaster that I was trading. It's a 2010 by the serial number I think, not sure what the S# is? probably just a normal prefix. Also, the ACB? is that refering to a clown burst? I can't stop playing it. Obvisouly. The previous owner said it had Seth Lovers in it, but the tag says '59s. I'll probably have to check under the actual PU. Man. Oh. Man. So fortuante to have a comunity like this that helped me learn so much more about these great guitars.
pegleg32 Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 That is great looking guitar. Gonna be a whole different world from your tele. Hope you enjoy it!!!!
houndhome Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 Your right, thr HOC members are a great bunch of people as I am just learning (being a new member).Would the "S" indicate a second? looks to be a great guitar, well done
totonka Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 Your right, thr HOC members are a great bunch of people as I am just learning (being a new member).Would the "S" indicate a second?looks to be a great guitar, well done S = shorthand for serial + # = serial number AA..... But hey, looking at that guitar it is easy to see the confusion! Nice piece!

A factory second would have a 2 stamped into the back of the headstock (typically).
skydog52 Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 That's a beauty! Congratulations. That is not a second. Play that baby with pride.
bolero Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 wow congratulations!! CB = Cherry Burst that's one of my favourite finishes
MartyGrass Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 [img=http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n265/bencartwright/photo2JPG_zps28cc6226.jpg] These Heritage luthiers are old school to the bone. Even their choice of labels pushes the envelope in the quasi-retro direction. It's like a velvet picture of crying Elvis holding the baby Jesus on his lap. I just don't know how to interpret it. Could they really be serious? And if so, what do they mean? Anyway, I'd cherish that ACB.
Keith7940236 Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 Hey- a fellow Portlandert!!! congratulations on your new Heritage. Great guitars, you going to love it. That is really a beautiful finish!
Gillnetter Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 Nice guitar. you will love it. I have a '96 H150 ACB with 59's and it is awesome.
