Why, certainly.

As long as you observe the impedance of the cab as compared with the amp's output.

thinking about diving the cab with the little Bugger, Will?

Yer reading my mind (again) Gio. But driving not diving. Whats the equation again? The speaker cabs impedance must be lower or higher than my amp output impedance?

The cab impedance should be equal to or higher than the amps output impedance.

yep agree it can sound fantastic...especially the old small tube amps. a cranked deluxe into a 4x12 sounds killer!!

 

didn't big bob build a small amp head he brought to PSP one year?
