What an awesome story. Every time I hear stories like this I appreciate the guys at Heritage just a little more. They make some fine instruments.

the only problem is that before watching this video I was in this calm and satisfying place with almost no GAS.

Now it's coming back

That is an awsome story.

A month or so ago I was speaking with Marv about finishes and he brought up that story. I got to hear it from his perspective, which was really cool.

The only thing I could add is that Marv stated emphatically "I'm not ever going to do another all maple 357. It's too much work"

I have no clue who that kid is but he did a great job in that video. Humble and happy. I agree that I didn't have gas before the video but now I feel a little something coming on. Damn Heritage and their fancy electric guitars!

Thanks for the vid,

I've seen a few of his videos. His style of country is like classic rock... Love his music. Can't hate country if the guitars sound like this! I also like his 157. I really like the pinstriping on it.

ah, finally got home & watched it, great, was posted here before

I heard Marv was involved with the original Firebirds mfr'd in the '60's does anyone have stories about that?

I figured he would be endorsing Steiner Cables by now.
