skydog Posted April 6, 2013 Posted April 6, 2013 Most of you probably remember this listed last month by new member Chuckracer. It arrived early last week. The errant volume pot was in need of replacing but I got to that promptly. This guitar is the easiest playing guitar I've ever played. The factory plekking is really nice. When I bought it I had thoughts of replacing the pickups with some PAF clones but am going to hold off on that. The SD's that are in it sound just fine; '59 in the neck position and a Pearly Gates in the bridge. I'm still going to get rid of the push/pull pot as I don't care for that. As soon as I restore the guitar funds, I'll get a 50's harness from MLP member Jonesyblues. I haven't taken new pics yet but here's one of Chuck's:
