big bob Posted April 12, 2013 Posted April 12, 2013 http://i985.photobucket.com/albums/ae331/the-Big-bob/stat%20dlx/statd003.jpg I just have not been playing this guitar so Ive been thinking of .......... adding a bigsby b3, you know a tail dragger, ie no holes in the top... Discuss...
Genericmusic Posted April 12, 2013 Posted April 12, 2013 Why not? I think a hillbilly crowbar would be a nice edition. You could do some sic sounds with it.
gpuma Posted April 12, 2013 Posted April 12, 2013 back to the thread... I am generally not a big fan of bigsbies but in this case my reserves would be even stronger. I just think it would look really awkward. Just MHO, of course
kbp810 Posted April 12, 2013 Posted April 12, 2013 Ahh B2, if only everyone could just add a bigsby to solve all of life's little problems
SouthpawGuy Posted April 13, 2013 Posted April 13, 2013 How about one of these ? http://www.heritageownersclub.com/forums/gallery/image/4714-09-h150cm-goldtop-wlollar-p90s/ Belongs to HOC member nachogrande Looks a lot more elegant than one of those hillbilly crowbar things ..
big bob Posted April 13, 2013 Author Posted April 13, 2013 Ahh B2, if only everyone could just add a bigsby to solve all of life's little problems Works for me! How about one of these ? http://www.heritageownersclub.com/forums/gallery/image/4714-09-h150cm-goldtop-wlollar-p90s/ Belongs to HOC member nachogrande Looks a lot more elegant than one of those hillbilly crowbar things .. I would want to try one first! I love a bigsby , the way they work is perfect for my playing style. I've tried others like Floyd rose and just find them way too sensitive, I like to crank on them!
HANGAR18 Posted April 13, 2013 Posted April 13, 2013 I wonder if VIBRAMATE makes a Bigsby adapter which would fit this guitar? http://www.vibramate.com/
