heritagefan7 Posted May 5, 2013 Posted May 5, 2013 IMO---the 157 vsb is the most beautiful guitar ever created. No, I don't (and may never) have one and I'm not totally into all the bling, but every time I see one it's like a chord deep inside is struck and rings out--THAT is what a beautiful guitar truly is. NOTHING taken away from any other guitar ever! The centurion, Gitfiddler's ssb, a cherry 535, 357's, Eagles are amazing and on and on--each are in a class by themselves. There may be better playing gits or more elegant finishes or more resonant hollow bodies, and so on with all of that. But sometimes, you need to express something....and at this moment---the 157 VSB thing needed sayin'! IMO!
schundog Posted May 5, 2013 Posted May 5, 2013 If lowly VSB 150s are allowed, I just snapped these shots. Many thanks, again, to Marty Grass for holding this one for me for a few days while I sold my Gibson Les Paul Classic to be able to buy this last winter. While it's very heavy, and the LP was a nice one, I know I made the right choice. The Lindy Fralins in this are sweet!
golferwave Posted May 5, 2013 Posted May 5, 2013 I heard one time that VSB is the most popular color for Heritage. It certainly is a fantastic finish.
Gitfiddler Posted May 5, 2013 Posted May 5, 2013 HOC member, Andreino has an absolutely stunning VSB H157. I hope he doesn't mind me dropping a copy of his lady from his gallery.

golferwave Posted May 5, 2013 Posted May 5, 2013 Here's my VSB H-157 that I got from HOC member Lutherfest. Another winner from Kalamazoo.
