I especially like the work they did on the fingerrest, it is a nice shade with what seems to be just a hint of clear coat, wax or lacquer.

yeah,

 

seeing that makes me want to take off all the hardware, strip down my ASB, and paint it black or ebony to look like an old L 7 with no PUP.

 

 

I have seen a few refinished guitars and more often than not they are not spectacular, and neither is my woodworking skills, but I can still dream like a pro.
