So, I have the privilege of once again traveling to Nashville, TN with the boys for this years Summer NAMM (show is July11-13). Not being the most computer savvy guy this side of the Mississippi, I always seem to struggle when it comes to posting pics to this site. I do, however, know how to post them to facebook with which someone was able to transfer here in this years' Winter NAMM in Anaheim, Ca.

Nashville's show has typically been smaller than the Anaheim show, although this year it will be at the new Convention Center just recently completed, so it may have a whole new feel. I will try to keep up with the goings on while there, and would look forward to seeing some of you down there again!

Loving the show! Nice eye on the lefty...The new convention center is really nice!! The Nashville night life always seems to steal the show somehow though... 😜

Thanks for taking the photos. Heritage do seem to like taking lefty guitars to NAMM shows, and the 555 is a fine example.

In the pic above, the middle one, with the extra twiddle on the neck (my term for fancy stuff), the binding on the headstock (the lefty), what guitar is that. Not a 535?

It's a 555. I like the extra twiddle also.

That's like a (Gibson equivalent) 330, right? All hollow, like a Tal Farlow?

Posted

The 550 is fully hollow with a 25 1/2" scale. To be honest I don't know which Gibson model it would be equivalent to. Generally the Heritage model has the first number changed ... H535 / ES335, H575 / ES175 etc.

Going by that logic ( or lack of :tongue3: ) the 550 would be similar to a Gibson ESX50 ?
