gpuma Posted September 3, 2013 Posted September 3, 2013 As a Chicagoan and a Heritage fan, this is bad news disguised as good news. A mixed blessing, at best. The guy actually told me he just got a double cut... and I though it might have been yours
gpuma Posted September 3, 2013 Posted September 3, 2013 this may or may not be a mixed blessing for us in Chicago. It definitely is a blessing for them in Kzoo
PunkKitty Posted September 3, 2013 Posted September 3, 2013 The guy actually told me he just got a double cut... and I though it might have been yours That was the 170 that I dropped off today.
gpuma Posted September 3, 2013 Posted September 3, 2013 That was the 170 that I dropped off today. yeah, I quoted the wrong post
SouthpawGuy Posted September 3, 2013 Posted September 3, 2013 I don't need easier access to a larger selection of Heritages is all. Sure you do. You just don't know it yet ....
PunkKitty Posted September 3, 2013 Posted September 3, 2013 I didn't realize that CME owns Reverb.com. I think CME is destined to become one of the big players in the retail music industry with this. Reverb only charges 3% when a guitar sells with no listing fee. And anyone can set up a "shop" to sell even a few instruments. But Reverb, and CME by extension, gets a cut of every sale.
ridethatbike Posted September 4, 2013 Posted September 4, 2013 I've sold a few things via Reverb, and even sold my Huss & Dalton to CME over reverb. Now talk about pulling money from one pocket and putting it in the other!
