SouthpawGuy Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 What color is that? I'd guess a dark almond burst. Might be way off the mark though as I'm not sure that finish was available in 1992.
Dandownunder Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 I'd guess a dark almond burst. Might be way off the mark though as I'm not sure that finish was available in 1992. The sticker inside says ASB which I believe is Antique sunburst.
bolero Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 You should maybe think of getting that guitar on a t shirt design at some point hahahaha....!

SouthpawGuy Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 I really like that one, what's the bridge pup? Oooops missed the question .... it has a pair of Duncan Pearly Gates with a jonesy blues Jimmy Page wiring harness ... 4 push / push pots and about 20 different tones. It had already been customised when I bought it used. To be honest I didn't like the PGs at first, they sounded too thin. I adjusted them a little closer to the strings and hey presto they fattened up nicely. Only moved them by 2mm or so ( 1/8" = 3mm ) but it made all the difference. http://www.jimmypagewiring.com/Home_Page.html I don't use anywhere near 21 tones, there are several very cool sounds in there though.
holyroller Posted September 17, 2013 Author Posted September 17, 2013 Did i read somewere that they were digging the slash alnco pickups?
DavesNotHere Posted September 17, 2013 Posted September 17, 2013 Does this count? Some assembly required.
SouthpawGuy Posted September 17, 2013 Posted September 17, 2013 Does this count? Some assembly required. So it's a 150 or 157 now ? Thought this was going to be a Milie ?
DavesNotHere Posted September 17, 2013 Posted September 17, 2013 So it's a 150 or 157 now ? Thought this was going to be a Milie ? It was for about a milli-second. I guess it's now a cross between a 150 and a 157, a 153 1/2 if you will.

Hfan Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 One of each. I recently replaced the plastic bits on the 150, now they match nicely. It has Bareknuckle Stormy Mondays, courtesy of Golferwave, bought on e bay prior to my discovering the HOC.
golferwave Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 Is that a tri burst? Heritage calls it sunsetburst (SSB)
