holyroller Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 I just won an eBay auction for a heritage 150 this will be my second in alittle over a month. But stupid me I started my pedal sell of to late , so I am short of funds. I have then listed on the gear page , rig talk and on here. So if anyone wants a deal or knows someone let them know ASAP !!! I would truly be grateful!!! I need to get her home. Here is the link to my new baby!! http://bit.ly/17hxZ99
Millennium Maestro Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 Welcome to the world of GAS... It take a chunk out of everyone once in a while! PS. you did good!
golferwave Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 You'll only have to eat mac & cheese for a few months, but you'll be able to enjoy the H-150 for much longer. Congrats!
DetroitBlues Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 I'm come very close on several occasions of winning a bid I didn't have the funds for.... In fact Thundersteel18 just edged me out on that blue on black 150 he brought to PSP.... Thankfully he did that!
tulk1 Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 That is a cool looking 150! Nice. And congrats on having such little will power that you succumbed immediately!!i to GAS! You are now, truly, one of us.

davesultra Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 I almost bid on that one. But seeing as I just paid for a Hamer Studio that a I've had on layaway for quite some time. I decided against it. But congrats to you.
holyroller Posted August 27, 2013 Author Posted August 27, 2013 Thanks for posting the pics.. 3 pedals left killer deals . The heritage gas hit me the worst out any guitar I have ever played.
PunkKitty Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 Nice score! That's a beautiful 150. Heritage GAS is the worst that I've ever had. I currently own 6. 3 are for sale. And I'm planning for my next one which will be a 535. Nothing comes close to the feel of a Heritage in your hands.

PrairieDude Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 You got a great looking guitar for a great price!!! This Heritage GAS in an insidious affliction!! I bought my first Heritage just a few months ago and had, at the time, no intention whatsoever of buying another guitar. And I just keep looking at them!! And lusting!! I may need professional help.
davesultra Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 The Heritage= Crack of the guitar world. "I try to quit, but they just keep callin' me."
smurph1 Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 Welcome to the world of GAS... It take a chunk out of everyone once in a while! PS. you did good! Yep..it got me just last week!!
Redsand Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 Just curious as to what happens in the event the funds on an ebay sale can not be collected? Is there a repeat auction or does the sale go to litigation? I only have an interested because I was the only other person that actually bid on the H-150 in question and am still eager and prepared to own it.

When that happened to me, I cancelled the sale and relisted the auction. The seller can agree to sell the item to the next highest bidder. In the event that doesn't work out, keep in mind that I have a nice cherry burst 150 available and I'm willing to negotiate on the price.
Redsand Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 Thanks for the insight PK, I've definitely oogled your H150 many times and it's undoubtably a nice looking guitar but I'm not particularly crazy about cherry burst finishes.
PunkKitty Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 If Heritage = Crack, then PunkKitty = dealer. Quoted for truth. Unfortunately it's a by product of feeding my addiction.
