je00143 Posted September 7, 2008 Posted September 7, 2008 I just got a new HumiCase Metro dreadnaught case to replace my wooden Heritage "logoed" case for my 575. I would love to put The Heritage logo on my new case. I figure if I knew what the font style was, I could get a sign painter or somebody like that to paint it on as a stencil. (Body shop??) Any idea on the font or has anybody done this before?? Thankyouverymuch.
Dick Seacup Posted September 7, 2008 Posted September 7, 2008 My understanding is that it was a custom made font face, just like the Gibson one is. It's not a standard font that you'll find in, say, Word, although you might be able to find something close. Maybe you could take some tracing paper to the old one, then use that to cut a stencil to use on the new one?
brentrocks Posted September 7, 2008 Posted September 7, 2008 i would get gome gold paint and a brush and make it your own personal work of art ;D
mars_hall Posted September 8, 2008 Posted September 8, 2008 See if you can enlarge and print a negative of this as a stencil http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i167/sto...TheHeritage.jpg
je00143 Posted September 8, 2008 Author Posted September 8, 2008 Thank you!!! I printed it out and I will see what I can do. I'll post the results in a day or two!
