RhoadsScholar Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 Sunday was a good day. Had a nice drive up to Kalamazoo to visit with "the Doctor". Still working on curing some GAS. The doctor came up with a cure. On the way back, I visited Steiner as he has been working on an amazing amp cabinet for my Concert. I think they make a good combination. All in all it was a pretty good Sunday. Thank you MartyGrass and Steiner for an amazing Sunday Adventure. I will join the others in saying my GAS is now cured.
schundog Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 Lookin' Good, Bob! I've had that Kalamazoo doctor cure my G.A.S. a time or two also. Is your name routed into the wood? I really like how that turned out.
bsck1 Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 Now, that is a very good day! Congratulations and enjoy that beautiful guitar and cabinet. What a special community the HOC is.
fxdx99 Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 Now there's a reason for a nice Sunday drive. Very nice pic - congrats.
Gitfiddler Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 Congratulations on 2 amazing works of art! And yep, that is a GAS-free smile!
FredZepp Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 Wow... incredible. An American Eagle !!! you must be on cloud 9. That would make for a great Sunday, enjoy ! And , yes, that's a great looking cabinet... Steiner's skills are legendary. I imagine that that guitar/amp combination sounds quite nice.
Yooper Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 Now THAT's a rig! impressive as it may be, from my experience, I would still say your GAS is likely in remission. Sweet. And Steiner works of wooden wonders are a tale unto themselves. Even in the neck rest he gave me. Here's a detail shot:
JeffB Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 Thats all so awesome its ridiculous. Nice looking guitar and Concert and cab.
Keith7940236 Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 Well I guess that would explain the smile on your face!
MartyGrass Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 Very nice looking cabinet. The guitar would be stunning except for that headstock.
H Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 As Steiner himself might say, 'A nice pair of snatches!'
Vanschoyck Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 Great looking rig! Is that an old Fender amp in a new cabinet?
holyroller Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 As Steiner himself might say, 'A nice pair of snatches!'Just to funny!!!!!!
Thundersteel Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 I will join the others in saying my GAS is now cured. I believe that disease is incurable--at least it is for me!
skydog52 Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 As Steiner himself might say, 'A nice pair of snatches!' Ha Ha , Blonde snatches!
TalismanRich Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 I can say without a doubt that what you did on Sunday beats the daylights out of my Sunday afternoon of cutting grass and mulching leaves! Nice looking set you have there.
Billgelder Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 Lookin' Good, Bob! I've had that Kalamazoo doctor cure my G.A.S. a time or two also. Is your name routed into the wood? I really like how that turned out. That's because Einstein Timmons would not fit,
