i'm 'bout to restring my 357 for the first time. been favoring .11s for my gibson-scale guitars lately and think i'll put .11s on the "bird." any contrary opinions? many thanks, eljay

My question would be to you Eljay, Have you noticed that 10s feel slinkier on the Bird? If you are comfortable with 11s it should easily be a good move. Go for it, it will be a great experience, Live and learn!

11's on a short scale 'bird feel fine, and great for slide guitar too!
