nitroman58 Posted December 8, 2013 Posted December 8, 2013 Hello, I am a new member on this forum. I am looking at the above guitar on line, and have a few basic questions. Is the neck profile for this model the 50's or 60's profile? This model has the F holes. Is it voiced like a Les Paul or 335 or somewhere in between? Is there any price range that I could use to gauge the price? Any information is appreciated, thank you.
Millennium Maestro Posted December 8, 2013 Posted December 8, 2013 That would be me you want to talk to... PM incoming

TalismanRich Posted December 8, 2013 Posted December 8, 2013 My Mille LE 2000 has a medium to thin neck. Definitely not a chunky 50s style. Its very comfortable to play, however. As for voicing, acoustically, its not as loud as a 535. Once plugged in, I think they sound close to the 150 series. Mine has Seth Lovers in it, which are a little a bit darker sounding than my 157 and 535 with Schallers.
nitroman58 Posted December 8, 2013 Author Posted December 8, 2013 Guys, thanks for all your info. MM, thanks for talking with me. I will let you guys know how things work out. I will probably look at it later this week.
H Posted December 8, 2013 Posted December 8, 2013 Why? Is he yours?I've heard he's a sweet talkin' Guy.
Spectrum13 Posted December 8, 2013 Posted December 8, 2013 I've heard he's a sweet talkin' Guy. And drives a Ford Falcon... named the....?
nitroman58 Posted December 14, 2013 Author Posted December 14, 2013 It turned out the seller changed his mind, and decided not to sell this instrument. I would have loved to take it for a test drive at the least. Thanks again
TalismanRich Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 Nitroman, come to PSP next summer and you can take mine for a quick test drive. Just be sure to return the keys when you're done!
nitroman58 Posted December 14, 2013 Author Posted December 14, 2013 But I am left handed! Where is PSP?
TalismanRich Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 226 Parsons Street. Its our annual pilgrimage to wander the hallowed halls of the factory, and enjoy the company of our fellow players. Just read any of the PSP threads and you'll understand. http://www.heritageownersclub.com/forums/forum/24-pilgrimages-past/
Millennium Maestro Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 You missed out on an outstanding guitar!
Yooper Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 Welcome, and don't worry. We have some Lefties here for consultation and a crew that will help keep an eye out for you. It may take some time, but your guitar will find you. Since coming here, three have found their way to me.
nitroman58 Posted December 14, 2013 Author Posted December 14, 2013 Please keep me informed. The seller said if it were to go up for sale again, he would contact me first.
