Received some photos from Jay the other day. Extremely happy with the way she turned out visually. Should be set up and on her way soon, if not already. I'll post again when I have the guitar in my hands.

That's one sweet looking guitar. And I don't normally like blue guitars! Trapeze tailpieces are always cool in my book.

I had a trapeze on my old 335 back in the '70s. This reminds me of that.

 

I like the way the neck looks on your guitar, with no dots and a bound headstock. Cool choice.

Royal Blue - with just a trace of purple? That is what I see.

 

Blue guitars are hard to pull off well, this one is done perfectly.

Thanks all. This Prospect is a full hollowbody, so the trapeze was not actually a requested option on its own. I do really like the way it looks though.

 

I was pretty hesitant about ordering a blue guitar, as I've seen so many that I thought looked awful. I told Jay Wolfe I wanted it to be dark trans blue and Heritage nailed it. I decided to keep it classy, clean and cohesive (I swear that's not supposed to sound pretentious) with the plain ebony and bound headstock, and I think it looks perfect. I can't wait to play it!
