H Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 I'll stop posting pics of 'that' 150 if you stop posting pics of 'that' Super. Deal?
yoslate Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 Howard, you know neither one of us will do that....
H Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 Howard, you know neither one of us will do that.... Two grown men quivering either side of the Atlantic
peterbright Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 I'll volunteer to hold their guitars while they quiver.
tdrommond Posted January 30, 2014 Posted January 30, 2014 HNGD 8/12, my first Heritage. 1994 Super Eagle in ASB, with finger tailpiece. These were taken the day I took it home and before I figured out the bridge was on upside down. The pics were too pretty to delete. I have since sold it. It was too big for me. I could never get comfortable, without standing. I received my H-535 this week and it's a much better fit. I can sit an play it for hours. I do miss all the gingerbread this one had.
peterbright Posted January 30, 2014 Posted January 30, 2014 Had to turn my bridge around as well on my Eagle Classic
barrymclark Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 Recently acquired: 1994 Heritage Eagle Mahogany top, back, sides and neck. Ebony fretboard Rosewood bridge and base Heritage 1st gen floater End pin jack. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk
barrymclark Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 Just beautiful! Congratulations. Thanks! There is a slight buzz at about the 9th that I might have to adjust out a little bit. It could probably stand a fret job but it isn't in dire need. Just some slight buzzing. The extra tension takes some getting accustomed to. I may have to go down a bit in string gauge to get it right.
barrymclark Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 What gauge are you using? 11's now. I've never tried 10's but it wouldn't be a big deal to give it a shot. I know there is the notion among many that anything less than 11's won't drive the top but that's also to their tastes. Just have to see. I am accustomed to the looser feel of the 11's on a shorter scale. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk
