peterbright Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 Engraved MOP Truss Rod Cover on the way as well.
Yooper Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 Negative comments are allowed OK, I'm jealous my Eagle Classic doesn't have that headstock inlay. I'm also thinking I would like the TOM bridge for more string options.
H Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 Are the tuner heads new? I don't know what's changed.
peterbright Posted January 17, 2014 Author Posted January 17, 2014 decals on the fretboard and headstock...completely reversable
gpuma Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 I cannot decide. I liked that guitar in its elegant simplicity, but also your blinging it up is interesting. I would have avoided the decals on the tailpiece, though
peterbright Posted January 17, 2014 Author Posted January 17, 2014 I'm not thrilled either. I like the eagle the best. They are plastic stickons so I can easily remove them. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I527 using Tapatalk
DC Ron Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 Not sure if what I see on the bridge base are decals, but on a Golden/Super Eagle, the bridge base inlays are supposed to represent eagles in flight as a V instead of an inverted V as shown. Mine were upside down when I got my SE. I like parallelogram inlays in general, but kind of agree that the simplicity of the Eagle is fine as is. Sounds like a low risk experiment tho...
peterbright Posted January 17, 2014 Author Posted January 17, 2014 The bridge base is stock. Under $15 is not a bank breaker. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I527 using Tapatalk
