bobmeyrick Posted February 25, 2014 Author Posted February 25, 2014 Thanks everyone! This time I went out and bought some wood, rather than just using what was lying around. The top, bottom and sides are 18mm Baltic birch plywood, while the baffle and rear panel are 15mm. This time I used rebate (rabbet) and dado joints like this - Relatively straightforward to do with a router and quite strong once glued up. However I did reinforce the joints with 20mm square pine battens.
