DetroitBlues
I was at Berkley Music putting some of my guitars on consignment. While I was there, I saw a vintage Bass Mate 1x15 combo. It was nearly the same height as my Guitar mate, but not nearly has wide or deep. I did a little research on that amp, and I discovered its basically a EL84 verision of a Fender Tweed Deluxe. Not much different from my Traynor except it doesn't have Reverb or Tremolo. Straight up rock amp! It was in excellent shape, but I think a bit over priced at $550. Still liked to have tried it, but wasn't sure if it was like the Bass amp they make.

DetroitBlues
Vintage Guitar Mag had some good things to say... and show... I think this statement says it all... " sound(s) like a tweed Deluxe meets 18-watt Marshall" Oh ya! For all intensive purposes, it looks like a rather simple amp design too.
LK155
I've heard of those intensive porpoises. The U.S. Navy used to have a project trying to teach them to read. Or maybe it was to write. For all intents and purposes, it was a failure.
