GIO, I was their on this past Wednesday, and it was in the finish rack waiting for the electronics. Beautiful guitar,Marv said he had a helluva time with your color.

... And he did a great job. Thank you

She's a beauty Gio!

You'll soon be in the club and then we can teach you the secret handshake ;)

I didn't have any trouble waiting for the finish date, but once Marv told me it was finished that was when I lost all my patience.

How thin did you wind up getting Marv to make the neck?

I'll post full details of the story and of the custom features in the Ngd thread whenever I'll get her, but in the meantime here she is.

What custom features do you see?

Are you picking it up in person?

Given the level of obsession that these pics have generated in me, I don't think I would be able to go through the suffering and torturing that shipping entails;so yes, I'll definitely pick it up.

Besides I want to personally thank Marv.

Only two control pots for one thing. One volume one tone? Two volumes no tone? Two tones?????

I really like the blocks

One tone and one input jack maybe?

No, one volume and one tone. No input jack on the top. It is where it is supposed to be: on the rim.

He'll be chauffeured, actually. I fear for his well being - what with the distraction of the guitar on board.

LMAO! I get it now!! Firebirds and SG's are the only ones I like with the jack on the face. I don't care for Gibby's 335 and 355 having the jack on the face, it makes me worry about the top cracking from all the in and out pressure. Heritage got it right putting it on the rim.

Yes, I heard that playing guitar while driving is worst than texting
