tonedeaf Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 I got this one awhile back from DetroitBlues due the unacceptable nature of it's big fat neck . It is a very nice guitar but, honestly, I bought it just because I must have a Goldtop LP. Some kind of primal thing... It feels good just to have it in my house.
Gitfiddler Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Nice one piece back on that beauty. Well done!
HANGAR18 Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 ... but, honestly, I bought it just because I must have a Goldtop LP. Some kind of primal thing... That is a perfectly acceptable reason to own a great looking goldtop!
donnie Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 I love gold too, and I'm digging it. The color looks a little deeper that some Heritage Goldtops I've had and seen. Congrats! Do you know the weight?

MartyGrass Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 A gold top looks even better after it gets beat up some.

NoSnowBlower Posted April 9, 2014 Posted April 9, 2014 +100 It needs some greening and wear on the upper bout! Goldtops are a thing of beauty! We call these MOLD TOPS. And yes, I love this look. Nice rig congrats!
tonedeaf Posted April 10, 2014 Author Posted April 10, 2014 Thanks for the compliments. I wish my playing sounded as good as the guitar looks (not an altogether uncommon sentiment I suspect).
