Ned Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 This is a happy guitar that gets played nearly every day - and those are the happiest times of my day. (the 16 has been cased since I can't remember when) Spruce over mahogany, x-braced, ebony finger board. I would change nothing except adding 100 lessons.
big bob Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 Don't forget, tap tuned top and 1 Piece carved mahogany back, yes I said 1 piece.
Ned Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 Houndhome has won the beauty portion of the patent, born 2 bop takes talent and poise. Lance, can you see the 575 is now dressed in chrome? like jeans and a tee shirt on a natural beauty.
Ned Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 the back is definitely one beautiful piece. the top likely tap tuned - she lights up on particular notes and has silly sustain for an archtop, but i've seen no documentation that Aaron had played magician. Someone posted something about seeing pencil at the rims, but I have not take mirror and flashlight to her. If I were building a guitar today, I would go full-on zoo craftsmanship. I think Wolfe has her fancier un-cut cousin posted to gbase.
peterbright Posted April 4, 2014 Author Posted April 4, 2014 Thanks for the suggestions...please keep them coming!
ehmanages Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 Now, I want to find one of those sunbursts one, as well. Thanks for unnecessary GAS dudes...
