She arrived this morning via FedEx. It features a beautiful flamed burnt amber finish. It also sports locking Tone Pros chrome hardware, chrome grovers, flamed and bound maple pickguard, Heritage purple lined case and a rosewood fretboard. It has SD 59er pickups.

This guitar is in showroom condition....just a few light pick scratches on the pickguard....no dings, not dents, NADDA!!!!

Tone report to follow soon!

What a score!!!

That finish is quite unique! Most burnt amber guitars are usually darker these days........Looks great!

You scored big time with that one Brent! The 59's sound great ... I'd leave it just as it is. Enjoy! :icon_thumright:

I like the 59s more in some guitars, and with the wax potting, they are more resistant to to feedback, a major issue in a semi-hollow like that. Though since it does have 59s, you won't need to route it out for longer legs, which is a plus.

Of course, I still have the stock schallers in my 535, and like them just fine, so my ears may be different than most.
