The 535 had not been out for a few months. 'Bout time. We played 'Sizzle Fest' last night. Had low expectations, but it was a blast. Lotsa folks, Pirates running 'round, great sound/weather, Full Sail IPA, right mood... and we just played so friggin' well. Waaaay fun. The 535 (w/seth lovers) just screamed, groaned, moaned, and did everything I asked of it and more.

Kinda like a NGD when breaking out one that you've forgotten just how great an instrument it is.

Sizzle Fest ! Sounds like a cool place to be on a Saturday night. And I'm sure that you rocked the joint.

I had a similar type of "almost NGD" last night using the VSB 150, which had been neglected for a short while. It did all those things that a great 150 does.. and the '59s in it love to crunch on some gain.

You look like you are " as one " with that 535, I'm sure it felt that way also.

Excellent Randy. Looks like everyone was having a great time.

Those semi hollows are very versatile!

Good for you Randy. I rediscover my 535 on occasion as well. They are nice. Yours is a looker.

That SSB looks great!! I looked at my collection and rediscovered the fact that I don't have a 535. Need to get me one of those!
