Been on the radar for a while to get a Heritage. Grabbed this one in a trade for a Grosh Retro Classic. I have to say, it compares very favorably to my 335. Should be trying at a gig this weekend. I'd say it's probably the prettiest guitar I've own. Very please when it arrived today, especially after a new set of strings and slight bridge adjustment. Here's some pics!

Welcome aboard. You started with a beauty!

You have some nice glam shots there and I applaud you for

setting it up yourself the way you like it. Have a great gig!

Thanks guys!

I tend to trade a fair bit, and with every new deal, it's kind of a like a reality show ensues. Which guitars stay, which are eliminated and go on the block? lol

This will certainly be sticking around for a while. Aside from my soft spot for 335 style guitars, this is a great build. Plays well and the Seth Lovers pair up with the guitar decently. All in all, I'm very very happy with it. I'm thinking it may get into my keeper pile with my Suhr Classic, Grosh EJ ltd edition and J45.

Great way to start...what's next?

You might find some like minded people on this forum for sure. Congrats on your new Heritage, that thing is really sweet.

Beautiful! welcome to the HOC, and feel free to share shots of your "keeper pile" members. We don't discriminate around here. Sounds like a great stable.

Well, in the moment I think they're all keepers. There's a few of us around here that swap some higher end gear, and I ship some around a bit. I've 11 very nice guitars, But I have 3 guitars that I absolutely adore. My Suhr Classic S and my Grosh Ltd Edition EJ (#5 of 5) have made their way in the pile, and I'm quite attached to my J45. Currently, I also have a 2010 Les Paul Standard (it's all apart waiting for a new wiring harness and Sheptones), a refinished BFG (also apart, while I try and find a set of mini humbuckers for it), PRS Hiland 10 top, Suhr Classic T, Gustavsson Bluemaster Special (PBG), Gibson ES-335 in Ebony, a Gibson Songwriter Studio Deluxe and of course the newest addition, the Heritage H555. Honestly, all of them are great guitars I'm very fortunate to own.

Very nice. But one question: You obviously have good taste in guitars...what took you so long to get a Heritage?

Stick around here long enough and I bet someone will offer up another Heritage that you can't pass up.

Opportunity mostly :)

You don't see them come up super often locally. Been a few I've seen but nothing I was in the market for. Saw this one come up so I offered up my Grosh Retro classic for it. Few days later, I'm jammin on a sweet semi hollow :)

Nice, I'll be very interested to hear what you think. Went with a Jonesyblues 50's style harness and Sheps in my 535. That guitar has sold a few pairs of pickups for Jeff. It sounds phenomenal.

Nice guitars.
