yuominae Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 Wow, just wow! Are they included in the 15 guitars you mentioned the other day or does that make 18 now?
peterbright Posted October 24, 2014 Author Posted October 24, 2014 I was including them as well as the Custom Martin D41 and D45 still being built.
buzzy Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 A drool-worthy trio. I hope you have a LOUD egg timer to assure your equal attention. Do you have a Tonerite or similar plans to encourage these beauties?

peterbright Posted October 26, 2014 Author Posted October 26, 2014 They are even more lovely in person.

Frank67 Posted October 26, 2014 Posted October 26, 2014 awesome - congratulations! (... you have to disclose your lottery trick :-)) Is the acoustic super eagle louder than the others? Did they carve the top differently?
peterbright Posted October 26, 2014 Author Posted October 26, 2014 awesome - congratulations! (... you have to disclose your lottery trick :-)) Is the acoustic super eagle louder than the others? Did they carve the top differently? On the day I received the acoustic, it was not particularly loud. It was possibly not as loud as the single floater. Just a few days later after playing her and with the Tonerite on her, she is sounding nearly as loud as a flat top 000 acoustic. Quite a difference once the top and back loosened up a bit. The single floater is also louder but the full acoustic is well past her now. The initial brightness on both has tempered as well. The two set in one never was as bright as these were when they arrived. They all have TI Jazz Swing flats (13 - 56). In about a month, I'll take Jay Wolfe's advice and string the full acoustic with Martin SP4200's (PB)
