samwheat Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 I ordered from Graham at Wolfe's a few weeks ago. A Cherry Sunburst to match what I had with upgrades, AAAA book matched top, Grover 103C tuners which I tried finding (unsuccessfully) years ago, bound black headstock with sides and back of it painted black with scallop and with MOP "The Heritage", inlay like the 157, Tonepros chrome hardware, creme rings and zebra Custom Custom and Jazz. They put a pickguard on the last one and it had a gap at the neck pickup. I am getting sheet material from WDmusic website to make my own with a spare from the same stock. http://s49.photobucket.com/user/samwheat/media/LPL2.jpg.html?sort=3&o=5 They have the pic and a closeup of the top of the grain from the current owner.

Inlays like a 157 is just a few layers of binding away from a 157... Sounds like a beauty! Congrats, send pics when it's in!
JackBaruth Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 The bound headstock is such a great upgrade. Wish mine had it!
peterbright Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 Sounds like a great build. Congratulations!
