I figure that most of us like to listen to product sound samples and tone demos here in the HOC (especially Brent's Guitar Emporium hahaha) so I thought I would mention the BOSE Computer and TV Speakers that I use in case anyone is interested.

On my computer I'm using the Companion® 2 Series III multimedia speaker system. These are the best computer speakers I have ever heard and they are reasonably priced. No huge woofer box needed so you get huge sound in a very small footprint.

On my 42" TV for watching Blu-ray concerts and stuff, I'm using the Bose® Solo 15 TV sound system. It's like a short pedestal for your flat panel TV which has everything inside of it. Again, a very small footprint and no external woofer cabinet. The Bose® Solo 15 is the biggest of the Solo's that they make and has more speakers than earlier versions. Crystal clear sound at high volume which can not only be heard at the opposite end of the room but it gets loud enough to risk a complaint from the neighbors. hahaha Fits under most TVs 46” to 50” or you can put it on a shelf under your TV.

The biggest selling points for both of these is the combination of great sound, small footprint and affordable price tags.

I was just listening to a JVC speaker yesterday that was the same shape as the long Bose up above. It sounded pretty darn good for something that had no woofer and was only $299.

Really nice speakers, and yeah, not a bad price. My REAL concern, however, is whether or not the football Russell Wilson is gripping is inflated to the proper level...
