rockabilly69 Posted April 30, 2015 Posted April 30, 2015 JB very generously donated his 1991 Heritage Gary Moore Limited Edition Flametop LP towards a Kickstarter campaign, "Mat Koehler Makes His First Album." It is one of the reward levels. He's doing a letter of authenticity for it and everything. Needless to say he's super grateful and he'd thought he'd share! I found this on the Les Paul forum. Here's the guitar: http://twitter.com/JBONAMASSA/status...820866/photo/1Here's a video of the guitar in action: https://youtu.be/cx_sHH9OwwoTHANK YOU JOE!!!
Millennium Maestro Posted April 30, 2015 Posted April 30, 2015 A $5000 dollar donation will get you this wonderful Gary Moore H-150 with Cert and Letter from JB. the original owner.
squawken Posted April 30, 2015 Posted April 30, 2015 That's awesome. I showed him my Goldtop 150 at a meet and greet a few years ago, and he didn't say a ton about Heritage. I was trying last year to get to another meet and greet to show him my GM, but I was unsuccessful.
DetroitBlues Posted April 30, 2015 Posted April 30, 2015 Well, now we know that Joe owned at least one Heritage. But I'm sure it don't hold up to a 59 burst.
tbonesullivan Posted April 30, 2015 Posted April 30, 2015 wow. Did he say that he was the first owner? he was like 14-15 back in 1991.
Kuz Posted April 30, 2015 Posted April 30, 2015 I would if you could write off that $5000 as charity donation?? Hmmm...
heritagefan7 Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 nice H! JB certainly has an amazing collection! Is cool to know that he has/had a Heritage!
Millennium Maestro Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 The guitar is already gone. It is #61 by the way.
squawken Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Yes there is a gentleman on the JB forum who bought it. He does many thoughtful and wonderful things for people on that forum. Nice to see people like that in the world
