Looking to put Jimmy Page wiring kit in H-150. Other than short pots and proper pick ups with 4 wires any other concerns? Anyone ever done it? Any feedback would be great. I am buying a set with Bourns from a boutique shop that seem very high end.

There shouldn't be any problems. While I like Bourns pots, they are sometimes difficult to fit knobs on to because the splines don't match CTS or Alpha pots. But they are very well made. You may want to verify that with the vendor. You will need short shaft push/pull pots. It's just a matter of hooking up the wires according to the diagram.

I'm curious. What kind of pickups are you planning to use?

Advice do your homework. Are you planning on 2 or 4 push pulls? 4 gives you slot more possibilities.

I've got a H-157 that has the Page wiring with Sheptone Tribute PAF pickups. It was already installed when I bought it.... ( a shop I took it to afterward to have a new toggle switch put in said there are some extra caps in there that they don't know what they do... ha.. )

The guitar sounds great without using the push pull options.. but there are some nice sounds to use with those also. I particularly like the out of phase setting myself.

This is an old demo I did on it... just a quick one off, but you'll hear some of the different options available...
