zguitar71
The Champ out grew the 2 Eminence Legend 1058s. Now it is pushing air through 2 Scumback 12" M75 PVC speakers in a solid pine cab from boards I salvaged in my home restoration. The cab measures 30x20.75x11.75. The back is pine as well with removable boards to be an open back or closed back. The baffle board is .75 plywood from my house as well and mounted rigidly or non floating. The grill is decorative metal from radiator surrounds and also from the house. The speakers are unbelievable. I have an M75 in another amp and knew what to expect but the PVC versions are just killer. They have all of the M75 tone but in a better way. I can really explane but they are really magical. The Brittish type speakers sound great with American style amps.
