jrmintz Posted October 16, 2016 Posted October 16, 2016 I have a 2002 H535 with pickups that have no maker's name on them. On the underside they have a numbered label with a signature that is hard to read, it looks like "Lynn". The same signature is on the back of the pickup in Sharpie. Anyone know what they are? Thanks.
jrmintz Posted October 17, 2016 Author Posted October 17, 2016 I should have taken pictures when I had it apart. Unfortunately, I restrung it and set it up. Each pickup had a thin white paper label across the bottom with a series of numbers and the same signature on top of the numbers as on the back of the pickup. Each pickup also had a small white paper label saying neck or bridge.
PunkKitty Posted October 17, 2016 Posted October 17, 2016 It's too difficult to determine without pictures. Most pickups have labels of one type or another.
JeffB Posted October 17, 2016 Posted October 17, 2016 gotta be honest, I caught myself doing a google search based on the information you gave. What was I doing!!!! Seriously? No pics, Im out.
ledzef Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Jim Wagner uses blue sharpie for neck and red sharpie for bridge pick up. He's about the only boutique guy I know who uses Sharpies. Don't know if that helps? Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
