Pretty pretty pretty! When do the Seth lovers and bigsby go on it? :)

Say, did u put ur bigsby on after market or did it come that way?

Both of these 535s came from the factory with the Bigsbys on them. The gold guitar is my old one that I sold to a buddy. Its weight isn't too bad. My Chestnut burst's Bigsby must be made out of lead. It gets heavy after a while.

This.

Welcome, to the fray Hoyt. Beautiful guitar.

Bird....well done on the photo, and playing the role of Heritage Ambassador (assuming that's what's happened here)

Kip, I had to hold Hoyt down while Jim took his wallet and phoned in the order. He is a big boy. ;^)

So, how does your friend like the Schaller Golden 50s on this guitar, and the Schaller roller bridge and hard tail? My H-535 from 1998 has the same pickups and hardware, and I do like these pickups quite a bit, and I think the Schaller roller bridge and the Schaller hard tail with the unique string holders (pivoting) are really cool. Looks like some nice engineering work went into these parts.

What's the total weight of that sunset burst H-535 with the Schaller hardware? Mine weighs 7 lbs. 12 oz. (7.75 lbs., approx. 3.5 kg).

Welcome Hoyt! Nice guitars guys :D

When he was six, he believed that the moon overhead followed him... by nine he had deciphered the illusion. Trading magic for fact, no tradebacks. So this is what it's like to be an adult. If he only knew now, what he knew then...

He seems to love the guitar. I have not weighed any of them.

isn't that funny? We are so anal about 150's, I've had this 535 for, I don't know....5 years? 6? Never weighed it. Or even talked about weighing it. I'll say this though, the balance and overall comfort, both sitting and standing, are major reasons why it's all I play.

The class photo. (L-R) 2003 535 Custom - 1999 535 - 1996 535 Custom. Not many shops have a collection like this. All used and costing around $4200.00 total. Once again making the argument that a used Heritage is the best value on the market.

Lo

Wow, great value there, average of $1500 a pop. Holy smokes. Loving the Bigsby and the custom on the right

That's a nice SSB 535, Ron... all those semis look sweet.

Semis for the most part don't tip the scale to the 9+ range (I don't think) so weight not (to me) as much a factor. My 150/535 come in at...

150 - 9.2lbs

535 - 7.7lbs
