FranzMohamitz Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 Awesome! It kinda reminds me of a H-357 who clearly had a hard time dealing with his parents divorce.
DavesNotHere Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 Dibs! Seriously Dibs! Congrats man! I've been looking for years and only found a lefty I need to complete the set.
big bob Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 Is that the one the factory was refinishing? Is it yours now?
notbillgelder Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 This is the one we saw at PSP IV. Not the same Terminator,
brentrocks Posted March 22, 2017 Author Posted March 22, 2017 Is that the one the factory was refinishing? Is it yours now? It will be mine come Saturday. When I saw that it was a hardtail, I jumped all over it.
brentrocks Posted March 22, 2017 Author Posted March 22, 2017 The only Terminators I have ever seen have had Kahlers. I hate the 3200 kahlers. They typically don't hold tune that great unless the nut, setup and locking nut are installed perfectly. I think I have only see one or 2 of these come up for sale in the past 10 years. And none of them were hardtails and they were beat to s@@t. Except for the one in the rock n roll hall of fame. It even came with the original Heritage case. A complete tone report to follow...

schundog Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 Get to the Chopper!! Nice to see you post, buddy. Good luck on the Terminator, I, um, think.... I have no room to talk; I got these things a week ago... The difference, is, yours might actually be worth something!
brentrocks Posted March 22, 2017 Author Posted March 22, 2017 Did you get that from the cheese? Sam Ash in Arizona

I have no room to talk; I got these things a week ago... The difference, is, yours might actually be worth something! I have always had a warm spot in my heart for 80s metal guitars. I think I might have let nostalgia get the best of me on this one. Total impulse buy. I may have paid too much, but when I saw it was a hardtail i flipped out!!! I love Icemans!! Paul Stanley played them back when I fell in love with KISS. An iconic design!!!

I know what you mean. I love my Heritage's and Tele's and G's, but a good rocking 80's shredder is something to behold
rwinking Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 Let me be the first to say nice snatch! big bob, that could be considered somewhat offensive...... not to me though as I am a musician and not easily offended.....
