Very cool. You don't need to replace all the pots with CTS (already there), has Orange Drops already, and has SD APH-1s (which I like.. I put them in the H140) and even has one of those "high dollar" relic jobs ;) . This one needs to stay down there in your man cave for a LONG time.

Now, you WILL bring it to PSP this year, right? I believe its in the bylaws somewhere that you have to do that... let me check.

I'm taking it down to the factory tomorrow morning to verify the "P" stamp below the serial number.

Tons of honest wear on that puppy. Good deal, Mr Rocks.

To quote a well known scholar ..... Rob

Rich...

The Alnico II pros are a perfect match with this guitar. The tone is thick.

Just a friendly jab from one gripper-then-flipper to another...

Looks great Brent!

Enjoy

You could have avoided all of this buy just asking Big Bob to sell the original Korina one back to you, which he gladly would have. Lance is not too fond of 357's!

Well, first off, I would like to give a HUGE THANKS to everyone at Heritage!!!!

As always, they made Liz and I feel so welcome!!

I took the H357 in to be check out by the masters (Jim, Ren and Bill) Bill took the serial number to Ron, who has the "book" the old notebook log of past Heritage serial numbers that Floyd Newton used to keep in the finishing dept. Ron was able to find the serial number of my 357, and it was in fact the first H357 produced by Heritage, the Prototype (by the P stamped on the back of the headstock) Jim and Bill confirmed by looking over the gutiar. Jim thinks that is was shipped accidently....Jim said it was Bills fault, Bill said it was Jims fault...lol...in a funny kind of comedic banter.

Everyone was as surprised as I was. Ron asked me if he could photograph it for their archives....of course, I accepted. He has a little studio set up to shoot guitars and it is high tech!!!

So, at break time, we all enjoyed the 2 dozen doughnuts Lizzy and I brought and then moved on "Rens Picking Parlor" for a group shot of this piece of Heritage History!

What other guitar company would extend this kind of courtesy and friendliness? Digging into 30+ year old records to check out 1 guitar.

The new shop is AMAZING!!!! Dust free! Everything has a place...a well oiled machine!!!

Heritage is alive and well....and kicking ass!!! You should see the new guitars they are making....HOLY S**T!!!! BEAUTIFUL!!!!!
