Millennium Maestro Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 I don't usually post much of this kinda stuff here, But... (This is how the story goes! (The quick version)) It all started a little over 3 years ago at NAMM. Jim Deurloo and myself were browsing wood suppliers and I saw a chunk of lumber that caught my eye. Jim immediately stated "You should buy that and I will build you a guitar". At PSP9 I brought up the lumber and had a good hour long chat with Master builder Pete Farmer, Heritage Custom shop Guru... 60 Minutes later a single personal guitar build turned into a 2 personal guitar build. 8 months later here is Part B, Part A will be acquired at PSP10. This is just the Dealer supplied lumber intended to be the back of my original build concept which ended up being a complete and separate guitar. I understand if you don't like Korina/Black Limba... I however am a junkie! No need to get into the specs... I will just get PORNY! Thanks Jim, Pete and everyone at the factory!
pressure Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 Fab Heritage guitar Guy. H157 Custom? Me likey the 3-piece neck especially.
schundog Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 OOF... That thing is just BAD-ASS, my friend! Congratulations on a fantastic guitar, truly a one-of-a-kind. Enjoy it. Definitely not your Run-Of-The Mill Heritage.
Polo Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 Porny to the max!!!!! Great seeing all these NGD's going on.
FredZepp Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 Well now... THAT is a looker ! Good idea to follow your intuition and be guided by Jim and Pete... they know of what they speak. And just one more reason to look forward to PSP X ...
myoldfriend Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 The most exquisite chunk of lumber I've ever seen...
shook494 Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 That is a piece of art. Love that neck Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
111518 Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 Very pretty. I really like guitars that emphasize the uniqueness of particular and irregular pieces of wood. It is art.
skydog52 Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 Nice build Guy! I love it. Must have taking some arm twisting on that one.
Vanschoyck Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 That's a spectacular look for that guitar. I'm wondering, is it inventory or for you?
Millennium Maestro Posted May 1, 2017 Author Posted May 1, 2017 That's a spectacular look for that guitar. I'm wondering, is it inventory or for you? with what I have in it I believe it will be mine for good... I had a bunch of stuff done to her.
Vanschoyck Posted May 1, 2017 Posted May 1, 2017 with what I have in it I believe it will be mine for good... I had a bunch of stuff done to her. Well, play it in good health, it's wonderful. That may actually be a relief to those who would find it a mighty temptation!

TalismanRich Posted May 1, 2017 Posted May 1, 2017 Way better than the normal Swedish porn that you guys usually have! Its hard to tell from the pics, Is the top carved or flat? I can't see any signs of a deep dish, so I'm thinking a very light carve.
Kuz Posted May 1, 2017 Posted May 1, 2017 Congrats Guy, what a FANTASTIC guitar. A couple of questions, I can't tell by the pics if it is 1-piece or 2-piece top? Same with the back, is it 1-piece or 2? Also, just curious what that baby weighs with the exotic wood? Not that it matters, I was just curious.
