Its the little things like that that can create more buzz for those who aren't familiar with the brand. There are lots more guitar makers than those you find at GC or Sam Ash, but you have to look for them.

I'm not convinced about the cause and effect of stars guitars promoting sales. When I bought my 61 SG Les Paul Gibson's promotional stars were guys like Tal Farlow.
