Heritage archtop bridge specs

I'd like to buy a Faber or other high end TOM bridge for my Super Eagle and 525, but prefer to keep the nice classic wooden Heritage bridge base. Does anyone know if the bridge posts on classic Heritage archtop bridges are the American 6-32 gauge (like Gibson) or 4 mm (like Schaller)?

You most likely will have to remove the studs from the base, fill the holes and re-drill the stud holes for the TOM bridge. Or at least that has been my experience when doing the same.
