skydog52 Posted July 2, 2018 Posted July 2, 2018 Good stuff Brent. Love hearing your tone reports again.

Gitfiddler Posted July 2, 2018 Posted July 2, 2018 Truly an amazing repair job, young man! Keep that up and you just might get recruited by one of those Kalamazoo gitfiddle makers.
DetroitBlues Posted July 2, 2018 Posted July 2, 2018 Looking at the back of the headstock and the weird stinger, it’s been fixed before. glad it worked out for you! this weeks Sharpen My Axe covered a headstock repair... maybe some ideas here to pretty it up?
ElNumero Posted July 2, 2018 Posted July 2, 2018 Nice job! What year 535 is it? And are you going to fill that chip with wood filler or just leave it be?

HANGAR18 Posted July 3, 2018 Posted July 3, 2018 No wonder I can't find my way around Michigan! You've got ALL the f***ing signs in your garage! hahaha
FredZepp Posted July 3, 2018 Posted July 3, 2018 Well , that 535 certainly sounds fierce ( in a good way ) through that Marshall. It's alive ! It's alive !
davesultra Posted July 3, 2018 Posted July 3, 2018 Great job Brent! That 535 + Marshall = “The” Rock & Roll tone!

brentrocks Posted July 8, 2018 Author Posted July 8, 2018 I have had a lot people say to me....”I’d like to buy that”. I totally get. Lol. But....I wonder. How much, realistically is it worth? I have $665 into it. I’m not selling it. But I just thought this would be an interesting point to discuss. A 535 custom with 2 breaks. Sets up and plays great. Has great tone. Hummmm???
